Kunle Okunneye, the biological father of well-known Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye Olanrewaju, better known as Bobrisky, passed away at the cruel hands of death.
Debola Okunneye, the deceased’s son, confirmed the news to The PUNCH on Monday, stating, “Yes, my father passed away this morning. We are organizing his burial.”
The PUNCH also spoke to a Lastborn, a deceased person’s acquaintance and coworker.
Okunneye, who worked as a director for Beach Nigeria Enterprises, a car rental company at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos, will be buried by 4 p.m. today, following Islamic customs. Lastborn, the company’s secretary, confirmed this.
“Yes, you saw it. It’s true, he will be buried at 4 pm today,” Lastborn confirmed.
Okunneye, a native of Ijebu-Igbo in the state of Ogun, will be buried there.
In June 2021, Bobrisky surprised his father with a new Lexus SUV on his birthday. The sleazy businessman later shared pictures of the car on his Instagram account on Tuesday.
